broad spectrum of companies and industries, enables ILEX
Business Development Company to remain current
in business plans, projections, and profit-potentials as
well as maintaining the ability to interact directly with
those executives on behalf of ILEX clients. ILEX Business Development Company also has an outstanding record of recruiting senior executives for large and small companies and providing strategic and operational consulting to corporate officers and directors and to senior managers responsible for the marketing, legal and human resources functions.
ILEX Government Relations Company
Whether a client wants to sell to a federal, state or
local government agency (in concert with ILEX Business Development
Consulting) - or wants legislative or regulatory relief
from unwarranted burdens – or wants to create legislative
barriers to protect a market advantage, ILEX Government Relations Company executives have “been there
- done that”. Military, civilian and private sector experience
dealing with governments at all levels, is the hallmark
of ILEX Government Relations Company .
Related experience in election campaigns and campaign fund-raising
adds to the Group’s capabilities and effectiveness. The
ILEX Group is currently registered as lobbyists
with the Federal Government as well as the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
ILEX Investments International
This newly-acquired capability (December 2003) represents
a fund of approximately $150 million (US) and brings with
it seasoned executives and consultants with three decades
of experience overseas - mostly in Europe and the Middle
East - in several significant aspects of capital formation:
venture capital, investment banking, private equity investments.
Primarily focused on high technology, the model followed
by ILEX Investments International locates
gaps and niches in technology markets in selected foreign
countries, identifies citizen-business executives of those
countries who are expert in those technologies, and invests
in those individuals such sums as are needed to build a
profitable niche business. This narrow investment model
has proven itself successful in over 80-percent of the three-to-four
investments selected each year. (As of Spring 2007, there are no plans to open new funds for investment opportunities; nor are any investments by Ilex Investments International planned until after 2008).
