Military, civilian and private sector experience dealing with governments at all levels, is the hallmark of ILEX Government Relations. Related experience in election campaigns and campaign fund-raising adds to the Group’s capabilities and effectiveness. The ILEX Group is currently registered as lobbyists with the Federal Government as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Entry into new or broadened government markets is further enhanced by the knowledge of the government operations and established relationships with senior government officials.

ILEX Leadership Associates helps clients generate revenues and recruits top management talent.  The firm provides a guide book that defines the strategic priorities and implements metrics-based, tactical solutions customized to support each client’s unique objectives.  In the area of revenue generation, consulting services include:  Strategic Growth Planning, Strategic Marketing, BD/Sales Support Services.  In the area of talent acquisition, services include: Management Assessment, Benchmarking and Planning, and Management Recruitment
