Professional Services The ILEX Group in McLean expanded its professional services by including strategic growth consulting and talent acquisition solutions provided by ILEX Leadership Associates LLC, an affiliated company led by Jane-Scott Cantus, principal member, who is also general counsel of The ILEX Group. Cantus previously established the Virginia offices of Korn/Ferry International and Christian & Timbers.
